Buying a house in
Bangalore is the dream of many. This city has become home to the many
cultures and people from all walks of life. This has led to a boom in
the real estate market of Bangalore as well. Many builders and
developers are coming up with many projects and other residential
properties in the city. If you actually are on the lookout, you will
find many apartments on sale in Bangalore.
There is a lot of
good and a little bad that will happen to you if you buy a house in
Bangalore. We are not going to discuss the pros and cons of buying a
flat in the Silicon Valley of the country.
Advantages
of buying a house in Bangalore:
- Wonderful Weather:
Bangalore is
known to be the best when it comes to weather conditions. Moderate
conditions all year round and also a hill-station like climate and
the best in class rains. You will wholly enjoy your stay and life in
Bangalore because of the pleasant and also wonderful weather at all
times of the year.
- Booming city:
Bangalore is a
city that is showing promise in every possible industry that one
wants. It is beginning to become the creative hub, it is already the
startup capital and none is unaware of the IT development in the
city. Having a home in such a city is one of the best things to have.
You will have the best of everything in the same city if you buy a
home in Bangalore.
- Return on Investment:
As discussed in
the previous point, there is progress in every industry in Bangalore.
The real estate market is no exception to the same. Prices of
properties are increasing like none other and do not look like they
are going to go down anytime soon. Buying a house in Bangalore
definitely means a profit. Yet again, you have to be careful about
the locality you choose and other such things.
- A ‘chilled out’ lifestyle:
If you happen to
choose, buy and live in one of the apartments on sale in
Bangalore, you are sure to have a lifestyle that is a lot more
chilled out. Bangalore has a lifestyle which is not slow in any sense
of the word, but is a lot calmer than most other major cities in the
world. This can be credited to the pub culture of the city where
there are a lot of people who only sit down for a drink for
recreation. A lot of the unnecessary grind is not faced by people in
the city.
While all of the
others were the different pros of buying a home in Bangalore, there
are a few cons as well. They are:
Disadvantages
of buying a house in Bangalore:
- Physical development of the city:
This is a good
thing when you look at it from a development oriented view point. But
when one looks at it like a real estate development, they will see
that the development of the physical boundaries of Bangalore is
haphazard. This leads to the risk of rise and fall of prices at any
given time. You will have to very carefully choose where you want to
buy the house because you do not want to run a loss at any given
time.
- Increasing traffic and travel time:
The traffic
design of the city is not commendable at all. There are a few good
roads, but for most of it, they are not able to support the growth of
the city, making the travel time of the people go beyond normal. Not
everyone has the kind of time to waste on the road, and it also
causes health problems in the long run.
